On The Bloody Fighting Between the Sadr Militia and the Islamic Supreme Council Militias

Since yesterday, and the militia groups (Sadr and the Islamic Supreme Council) turned many cities of Iraq to battlefields and military barracks; and the atmosphere of terror has dominated the lives and livelihoods of people as if they needed more killings and crimes. This came after fighting erupted between supporters of the two groups in the city of Karbala (95 Km southwest of Baghdad) in a religious event.

These Shiite (classified) militias have effectively contributed politically or militarily to the sectarian war that is raging today in the "new Iraq" in variable rates. These militias are not hesitant to commit heinous massacres against innocent people. Not too long ago, they killed hundreds of innocents after classifying them as Sunnis following Samara bombings, and today they open fire indiscriminately on people in the areas of worship to kill each other.

We have already made known that the sectarian militias, regardless of affiliation are willing to commit monstrous crimes in order to achieve their interests, strengthen their influence and expand their power through terror and murder. What happened between the Sadr and the Supreme Council militias is part of the political and security chaos. Also it is another proof of the failure of the entire political process in Iraq and the occupation scenario. These militias have no standard of respect for human dignity and values.

Let's unite our ranks around the banner of Iraq Freedom Congress and its slogans "No to the occupation  ... No to the sectarian gangs." Let's form Safety Force to expel those gangs from your regions.
